Nicholas D. Davis, MD, FAAFP, is Founder of Nick Davis, MD, and Associates, a Ms.Medicine practice in Centerville, OH. He also serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor with the Department of Family Medicine with the Boonshoft School of Medicine at Wright State University.
Dr. Davis is a graduate of The Ohio State University where he received his undergraduate degrees in Sociology and Microbiology. He graduated from Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine in Dayton, Ohio, where he also conducted his Family Medicine Residency, including serving as Chief Resident. He also earned his Certificate in Healthcare Management and Masters in Business Administration from Wright State University.
A board-certified family medicine physician, Dr. Davis provides care for all ages. He served as a primary care provider with Centerville Family Medicine and then Jamestown Family Medicine, providing high quality care for patients from newborn through geriatric years with a focus on prevention, wellness and patient education. He also recently served as the Department Chair for Family Medicine with Miami Valley Hospital.
Dr. Davis’ clinical interests include a focus on evidence-based medicine and preventative medicine for men and women, and he really enjoys adolescent medicine. He has been interested in the membership medicine model for many years, as he believes that the best healthcare plan for patients is one that is a true team effort. He is passionate about spending time and fostering a relationship with his patients to ensure they understand the purpose behind their healthcare plan.
Married with three children, his is a very active family with kids in local sports and a passion for the outdoors. He and his family share a love of animals — they currently share their home with dogs, cats, and chickens, and they serve as a foster home for kittens with a local rescue organization from time to time.
